💼 About This Role

You'll provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes. You'll develop individualized care plans, perform diagnostic tests, and educate clients and families. This role offers the opportunity to work independently with a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements

📋 Requirements

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program
