You'll lead a team developing channels/adapters integrating with third-party platforms for a SaaS contact center solution. You'll manage 30+ integrations processing 200 million requests daily across 17 regions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement integration adapters for third-party platforms
• Monitor system health using Kibana dashboards
• Collaborate on feature design and technical decisions
• Maintain and scale integrations across global regions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design and SOLID principles
• Proficiency in PHP (8.3+) and Symfony/Doctrine
• Experience with AWS services like Kinesis, SQS, Lambda

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Claude Code or AI-assisted development
• Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, or Docker
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions or Jenkins
