• Lead a 24/7 team of reliability and observability engineers
• Document and enforce provisioning, validation, and troubleshooting processes

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in software or infrastructure engineering
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity
• Knowledge of SRE fundamentals including incident management and observability
• Experience with automation and cross-team process adoption
