You'll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings as a Personal Attendant or Skills Instructor. You'll foster independence through skills training and personal care assistance. This role offers a mission-driven environment with paid training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide person-centered supervision in home and community
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meals)
• Teach independent living skills like cooking and budgeting
• Complete daily logs and progress notes

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience with developmental disabilities
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Ability to pass background check and TB clearance
