🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement agent-based AI solutions on Workato's platform
• Develop and deploy RAG systems for context-aware responses
• Work with customers to understand and deliver tailored AI solutions
• Monitor and improve AI system performance and reliability

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in design, development, and implementation
• 1+ year experience with Workato or similar integration platform
• Proven experience in AI engineering with agent-based systems
• Knowledge of APIs (RESTful, SOAP/XML) and data structures (JSON)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud business apps like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, or RPA
