💼 About This Role

You'll act as the critical bridge between Science, Product, Engineering, and Operations at Wayve, leading testing and demonstration programs across global operations. Your work will directly support our transition from R&D to a world-class commercial AV organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Convert high-level program plans into actionable on-road plans with Fleet Operations
• Lead execution of testing and validation programs across internal and external teams
• Align model developers, researchers, product, and operations for structured feedback loops
• Maintain experiment design, vehicle availability, and process quality across programs

📋 Requirements

• Program management experience at intersection of R&D and field testing in high-complexity environments
• Proven track record in technical operations coordinating development and operational teams
• Deep experience with test planning and operational readiness frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional workshop facilitation skills

• Experience in autonomous vehicles or field robotics operations
• Knowledge of automotive testing protocols and OEM partnerships
• Familiarity with data analysis and dashboard tools
