💼 About This Role

You'll train new and existing processing assistants onshore and offshore, building a scalable, multi-modal curriculum with self-paced content, video, and AI-assisted tools. Your core impact is improving ramp time and enabling self-service learning. The role also acts as a processing floater as needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver training through live sessions, recorded walkthroughs, and AI-assisted practice
• Track ramp time, knowledge checks, and error rates to improve the program
• Surface process and system improvements from trainee performance patterns
• Serve as go-to resource during ramp-up and convert recurring questions into job aids

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as a processing assistant or equivalent
• Strong understanding of FHA, VA, GSE, and Chattel lending
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Interest in modern instructional approaches like microlearning and self-paced content

✨ Nice to Have

• Construction to Perm (CTP) or New Construction loan experience
• Comfort with AI-assisted training and learning management systems
