Description

In this role, you will ensure on-orbit mission operations meet technical and service-level objectives, bridging development and operations. You'll use model-based engineering to keep the constellation performing as expected, resolving deviations with sound judgment to deliver scalable, reliable services.

Requirements

• BSc in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 3+ years experience in system performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and anomaly resolution
• Solid understanding of space system behavior including thermal, power, RF, and tasking
• Ability to translate engineering context into operational guidance and tooling requirements
• Strong Python, SQL skills and GitHub-based workflows

Responsibilities

• Own technical quality of mission operations, ensuring SLAs are defined, monitored, and maintained
• Assess underperformance and coordinate resolution with Systems Engineering, Mission Design, and SRE
• Define asset profile structure and performance requirements for mission verification
• Bridge Systems Engineering, Mission Design, Program Management, Customer Service, and SRE teams
• Lead rollout of complex fleet-wide CONOPS changes, managing risks and dependencies
