Description

You will maintain, operate, and troubleshoot building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, performing routine maintenance and responding to tenant requests. You'll work under senior engineers to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years job related experience or trade certification
• CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Basic knowledge of laptop/phone apps and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems
• Address service requests including hot/cold calls, plumbing, and lighting repairs
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate as needed
• Replace light fixtures, filters, and other components
• Assist with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight
