You'll support a Senior CSM across a complex book of business while owning your own portfolio of smaller accounts end-to-end. You'll act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational needs, ensuring exceptional customer execution and long-term partnership. This high-exposure role offers a clear path to senior CSM with direct impact on customer outcomes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer requests and ensure timely, accurate responses
- Own call notes, follow-ups, and coordination across accounts
- Monitor account health and proactively flag risks or opportunities
- Run standing customer meetings and build stakeholder relationships
๐ Requirements
- 2โ3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing role
- Strong execution skills with organization and attention to detail
- Strong judgment to decide when to act independently vs. escalate
- Excellent communication skills to build trust internally and externally
