You'll partner with client groups to implement HR strategies, process bi-weekly payroll, and manage leave programs. You'll serve as the pivot for payroll and leave administration while coaching managers on employee relations and compliance. This role offers exposure to global HR initiatives at a supportive supply chain solutions company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and report bi-weekly payroll accurately
• Manage leave administration including UIA, LOA, and WC
• Update and audit data in UKG system
• Partner with client groups on HR strategy initiatives
• Conduct investigations on employee relations issues

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Experience processing bi-weekly payroll
• Experience managing leave administration programs
• Current and continuing right to work in the US

✨ Nice to Have

• UKG or equivalent HRIS experience
• PHR or SPHR certification
• Bilingual Spanish
