• Develop and maintain AV support processes and knowledge base
• Coordinate with Network Operations and Systems Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Clearone hardware
• Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting heavy objects
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
