💼 About This Role

You'll lead product-led growth strategy across the full customer journey for a rapidly growing SaaS platform. You'll own acquisition, onboarding, and retention experiences, driving revenue impact through experimentation and AI-native solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive vision and strategy across marketing site, signup, onboarding, and self-serve experiences
• Partner with marketing, sales, and monetization to align growth motions
• Execute AI/agentic GTM strategy to personalize the funnel and accelerate time-to-value
• Establish and evolve funnel KPIs to evaluate performance and inform opportunities
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering innovation and ownership

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS
• 3+ years in product leadership with direct people management
• Proven experience building and launching product-led growth motions end-to-end
• Native fluency using AI throughout product development lifecycle

• Direct experience delivering AI and/or agentic GTM solutions
• Experience scaling GTM motions and understanding SaaS economics
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and growth experimentation
