You'll serve as the main point of contact for 45-50 customers, managing relationships and driving revenue retention and growth. You'll own quarterly renewals forecasting and identify upsell opportunities to expand partnerships. This role is based in New York City.

  • Serve as main point of contact for 45-50 customers, managing renewals and expansions
  • Own quarterly renewals forecasting and risk identification
  • Identify and track upsell opportunities in Salesforce
  • Lead QBRs providing performance insights and industry updates

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2 years of Account Management/Customer Success/Sales experience managing ~50 customers
  • Commercial aptitude: track record of growing revenue through renewals and upsells
  • Technical aptitude: ability to learn complex technical concepts
  • Program management: ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
