You'll own features end-to-end at Accurx, building a unified communication platform for the NHS. Your core impact is shaping what gets built and how, working directly with clinicians and patients. You'll bring engineering judgment into product decisions while keeping the codebase sustainable.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Owning features end-to-end from problem refinement to rollout
• Engaging directly with NHS GPs and practice staff in research
• Designing architecture and API boundaries with system-wide view
• Holding quality bar for reliability, intuitiveness, and clinical safety

📋 Requirements

• Comfortable building production software across the stack
• Proven ability to reason about systems and break ambiguous problems
• Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage problem definition
• Treats engineering quality as part of the job, managing debt pragmatically

✨ Nice to Have

• Curiosity about AI tools and how they change your work
• Experience with C#, TypeScript, React, Azure, or Python
