💼 About This Role

You'll join the Labor Planning team at HelloFresh to generate hiring plans for all U.S. distribution centers. Your work will directly optimize staffing needs and improve planning accuracy across operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to data-driven workforce planning in a fast-paced food supply chain environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Validate labor plans and improve overall accuracy
• Track deviations, assist with root cause analysis
• Act as technical liaison between Planning and Data/Engineering teams
• Own short-term labor planning for operational sites

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or Supply Chain
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Google App Scripts
• Experience in distribution center or logistics environment
