You'll shape web experiences for internal onboarding tools and customer-facing analytics dashboards at a mission-driven startup transforming physical retail with RFID and AI. Your designs will directly impact how teams navigate complex workflows and how customers gain actionable insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design of web experiences for internal tools and customer dashboards
• Drive end-to-end user experiences from concept to launch
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and CX to shape strategy
• Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience including web and mobile
• Experience designing internal tools or complex dashboards
• Strong systems thinking and simplification of complex workflows
• Proven track record influencing product strategy as a senior IC
