Description
You will lead the FCM Operations engineering squad, owning the strategy and execution behind critical brokerage systems including customer onboarding, identity verification, treasury services, account lifecycle management, and compliance. Your work directly impacts how NinjaTrader serves customers across their entire account lifecycle.
Requirements
- Seasoned engineering leader with hands-on experience
- Experience with systems supporting brokerage or financial operations
- Ability to balance operational efficiency, regulatory rigor, and customer experience
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the FCM Operations engineering squad
- Own strategy, execution, and team growth for brokerage operations systems
- Manage customer onboarding and identity verification (CIP/KYC/AML)
- Oversee treasury, money movement, and account lifecycle management
- Partner with compliance, brokerage operations, treasury, and finance stakeholders
