💼 About This Role

You'll build and run Scholarly's marketing and demand generation engine for AI-powered software in higher education. You will own the full funnel from content creation and paid acquisition to growth analytics. This player-coach role reports to the CEO and offers ground-floor impact at a mission-driven startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Plan and run webinars, virtual events, and conference activations
  • Build and manage paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar with blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Own marketing analytics and attribution, optimizing channel performance

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns, events, and content programs
  • Fluency with modern AI and marketing tools
  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in higher education, EdTech, or marketing to institutional buyers
  • Strong writer and storyteller for different audiences and formats
