Description

As a Senior Software Engineer on Lyft's Marketplace team, you will lead work streams to improve business operations by designing AI-driven data analytics platforms, data pipelines, and metric governance systems that business leaders use daily for strategic decisions. You'll collaborate with product, data science, analytics, and operations teams to build technology that empowers rapid iteration while delighting passengers and drivers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering industry experience with a high-level programming language
• AI experience in Agentic workflows, Model Evaluation, Causal models, and Anomaly detection
• Experience defining API schemas and developing backend services in a microservices environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to quickly learn and solve poorly defined problems
