You'll build and scale Hyperbolic's recruiting function at an early-stage AI infrastructure company. You'll partner with founders to define hiring strategy and build a high-performing hiring engine. This role offers high impact in shaping the company's trajectory through talent acquisition.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Establish end-to-end recruiting processes and interview frameworks
  • Personally lead searches for critical engineering and infrastructure roles
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for competitive talent markets
  • Define and track recruiting metrics and optimize funnel efficiency

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with 2โ€“3+ years leading a recruiting function
  • Proven track record building hiring processes from the ground up
  • Strong experience hiring highly technical talent including software engineers and AI/ML roles
  • Deep understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or developer tools companies
  • Background in venture-backed startups scaling from early-stage to growth-stage
  • Experience building employer brand in competitive technical markets
