💼 About This Role

You'll own system-level requirements and drive risk management for advanced thermal battery technology at a clean energy startup. You'll ensure cross-discipline integration and compliance with industrial codes and standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own system-level requirements traceability across mechanical, electrical, chemical, and controls domains.
• Identify applicable codes and standards for evolving system designs and advise on compliance.
• Lead risk identification and tracking using FMEA, HAZOP, or fault tree analysis.
• Manage interface definitions between subsystems and resolve cross-discipline conflicts.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of systems engineering experience with formal requirements management.
• Experience in extreme environments or first-of-kind hardware.
• Proficient technical generalist across mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineering.
• Ability to determine applicable codes and standards for new designs.
