You will lead and support negotiations with Destination Management Company (DMC) partners and connectivity providers to secure favorable commercial terms and real-time availability. You will analyze performance data and market dynamics to optimize rates and margins, collaborating cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to drive profitability and customer value.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in procurement, revenue management, or partner relations in travel/hospitality/tourism
  • Proven ability to negotiate rates, contracts, or commercial agreements delivering measurable value
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and competitive benchmarking for negotiation strategies
  • Understanding of DMC, distribution, and connectivity within the travel industry

Responsibilities

  • Lead DMC contract negotiations for competitive rates and favorable terms
  • Lead connectivity contract negotiations for real-time availability and rates
  • Analyze DMC performance data to identify rate optimization and margin improvement opportunities
  • Execute strategies to enhance DMC competitiveness across key markets
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with DMCs and connectivity partners to review performance and resolve issues
