Description

You will supervise and support a work crew of 5-10 individuals with recent criminal convictions, providing on-the-job coaching and creating a positive environment while leading outdoor beautification projects. Your leadership helps participants build skills and secure employment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, work outdoors in all weather
• Ability to drive a 12-passenger van with trailer and operate a smartphone
• Experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring youth or adults

Responsibilities

• Lead a work crew in public beautification projects including litter abatement and landscaping
• Ensure accurate time recording and compliance with rest/meal breaks for participants
• Maintain high standards for customer work orders on a daily basis
• Assign job duties, set goals, and monitor crew performance with feedback
• Enforce safety standards and report issues to supervisor
