You'll act as the 3rd-level escalation point for CDN and Edge Network issues, driving resolution for high-severity incidents. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to optimize content delivery and contribute to preventive measures. This role offers the chance to work on global infrastructure with a leading provider of AI, cloud, and network solutions.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve advanced CDN and edge network issues
- Take ownership of P1/P2 incidents and drive resolution
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1/L2 engineers
- Analyze traffic patterns and cache performance for optimization
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Support or Network Engineering
- Strong understanding of CDN and Edge Network concepts
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, BGP)
- Hands-on Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with CDN providers (Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly)
- Knowledge of DDoS mitigation, WAF, and edge security
- Automation or scripting experience (Python, Bash)
