You'll act as the 3rd-level escalation point for CDN and Edge Network issues, driving resolution for high-severity incidents. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to optimize content delivery and contribute to preventive measures. This role offers the chance to work on global infrastructure with a leading provider of AI, cloud, and network solutions.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve advanced CDN and edge network issues
  • Take ownership of P1/P2 incidents and drive resolution
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1/L2 engineers
  • Analyze traffic patterns and cache performance for optimization

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Support or Network Engineering
  • Strong understanding of CDN and Edge Network concepts
  • Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, BGP)
  • Hands-on Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with CDN providers (Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly)
  • Knowledge of DDoS mitigation, WAF, and edge security
  • Automation or scripting experience (Python, Bash)
