🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead backend engineering team with accountability for delivery and technical direction
• Define technical strategy for metadata delivery systems including fan-out serving and caching
• Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to align priorities
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices to improve developer experience

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience building and scaling backend systems for data delivery or platform infrastructure
• Understanding of fan-out architectures, API versioning, and caching strategies
• Experience leading engineering teams and supporting individual growth
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and guiding teams in their use
