You will be the agile leader and performance coach for engineering development teams, championing a culture of continuous improvement and predictable delivery while empowering teams to deliver high-quality software.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies
• Data-driven facilitation and coaching mindset
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Empower the team to run their own ceremonies effectively
• Coach the team on lean and agile principles for process improvement
• Promote transparency with Agile dashboards and metrics
• Drive continuous improvement and remove impediments
• Partner with Product Owner to maintain a healthy backlog
