💼 About This Role

You'll join Fundraise Up's Product Research Team to run end-to-end research that powers high-trust donation experiences for nonprofits. You'll drive decision-making across B2C and B2B products, from methodology to actionable insights. This role combines classic UX research with product discovery, working on a platform trusted by UNICEF and the Alzheimer's Association.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run end-to-end research initiatives from brief to actionable recommendations.
• Choose and apply appropriate research methods based on goals and timeline.
• Set up participant scheduling, logistics, and documentation independently.
• Collect hypotheses from cross-functional teams and turn them into research questions.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience running end-to-end research with high ownership.
• Strong methodological toolkit and judgment in selecting research methods.
• Fluent English for moderation and presentation.
• Experience working across both B2C and B2B products and audiences.

• NN/g certification
• Academic/scientific research background (graduate/PhD track)
• Experience with PostHog, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
