💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets. You'll also step up to cover the sales floor and lead the team when the manager is away.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
