  • Manage high-volume SMB and mid-market accounts at scale.
  • Drive adoption through automated touchpoints and outreach.
  • Monitor usage and proactively intervene on churn risks.
  • Design scalable success programs and optimize playbooks.
  • Track KPIs like adoption, retention, and churn risk.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“4 years of Customer Success experience in SaaS.
  • Experience managing high-volume book of business.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.

  • Experience building CS playbooks or automation.
  • Additional languages beyond English.
  • Knowledge of Vitally, Intercom, or similar platforms.
