You will lead strategic partnerships on the XRPL ecosystem, serving as a trusted advisor to high-profile partners like financial institutions and fintechs. Your role spans from shaping tokenization strategies to driving go-to-market execution, removing roadblocks to maximize partner success and on-ledger activity.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years leading strategic partnerships in fintech, financial services, or blockchain
• Deep understanding of financial instruments and market structure
• Strong command of tokenization models and best practices
• Blockchain fluency including protocol features and interoperability
• Proven track record of launching scalable GTM strategies

Responsibilities

• Own and lead a portfolio of strategic Institutional DeFi partners building on XRPL
• Define and drive strategic account plans to maximize long-term value
• Lead execution across technical and GTM workstreams
• Provide thought leadership on tokenization, utility, regulatory considerations
• Build and maintain executive relationships with C-level stakeholders
