• Own end-to-end sourcing for GTM and Technical roles.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of talent sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing for GTM and Technical roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience at an early-stage or Series A/B startup.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS hiring environments.
• Experience sourcing for AI, data, or platform engineering roles.
