🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for professional learning offerings.
• Manage and mentor a team of content developers.
• Oversee product launches, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Analyze product usage data to inform improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years designing professional learning experiences or products.
• 2+ years as a people manager or equivalent mentorship.
• Knowledge of CS and AI concepts (CSTA standards, AI Literacy Framework).
• Proficiency in at least one text-based programming language (Python or JavaScript).

• Experience integrating AI into adult learning.
• Background as a product manager in ed tech or curriculum provider space.
