🎯 What You'll Do

• Own 1-3 top strategic initiatives defined by CEO and COO
• Structure vague mandates into clear problem statements and workplans
• Drive accountability across functions without direct management authority
• Move fluidly across problem types like org design, M&A, or GTM strategy

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
• Meaningful industry experience in technology or software after consulting
• Generalist depth across strategy, operating model design, M&A, GTM, or cost transformation
• Track record of driving outcomes, not just running well-structured programs
