You'll lead one of our Agent teams, owning end-to-end technical delivery and translating customer requirements into shipped AI capabilities. Your core impact will be measured in improved agent success rates, latency, and reliability. Backed by a16z and Highland Europe, you'll work on novel problems with an elite cross-functional squad.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for an Agent team
• Design and institutionalize explore/exploit operating model
• Partner with Product, Design, and Research Engineering
• Build DevEx roadmap to improve engineering velocity

📋 Requirements

• Led delivery of complex products without established playbooks
• Built structured experimentation framework (spikes, A/B tests)
• Owned DevEx roadmap improving engineering velocity
• Managed or technically led a high-performing engineering team
