You will lead search strategy and activation for a portfolio of clients, managing performance and driving growth by connecting tactics to broader business objectives. You'll collaborate across teams and leverage emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in paid search media plans and strategic presentations
  • Experience contributing to new business pitches
  • Ability to anticipate client requests and provide proactive solutions
  • Proficiency in research platforms, paid search platforms, and analytics dashboards
  • Certifications in digital marketing or paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide paid search strategy audits across platforms (Google, Microsoft, Yahoo!) and tactics (Brand, Non-brand, Shopping, PMAX, Demand Gen, Competitor)
  • Deliver activation excellence on campaign builds, pacing management, and optimization deployment
  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, optimize, and establish bidding strategies to meet client KPIs
  • Perform QA for campaign builds, landing pages, URL tags, and measurement studies
  • Leverage feed management strategy (Feedonomics, Shopify) to guide client and agency teams in shopping campaign performance
