💼 About This Role
You'll be an influential member of Varicent's global sales team, selling Sales Performance Management software to enterprise clients. You'll shape the sales process and drive revenue goals, working closely with sales leadership. This is an individual contributor role with a focus on developing prospecting strategies and executing successful campaigns.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop prospecting strategy with Business Development resource.
- Identify ideal customers in region.
- Manage pricing and contract negotiation process.
- Execute successful sales campaigns ensuring customer requirements are met.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years proven closing and quota carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions.
- Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships with businesses.
- Confidence in running high-volume pipelines in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in ICM and/or CRM/SaaS tech space.
✨ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven success selling into LATAM larger companies.
