Description

You will own revenue forecasting and planning for the GTM organization, partner with leadership to drive annual planning and resource allocation, and build scalable models to guide strategic decisions as the company scales.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in Investment Banking, FP&A, Consulting, or Data Analytics
• Advanced financial modeling skills with ownership of company-wide models
• Experience in GTM or Revenue Finance with understanding of sales productivity
• Proven experience building bottoms-up forecasting processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-ready insights

Responsibilities

• Own revenue forecasting and planning for GTM, improving accuracy
• Partner with GTM leadership on annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and performance analysis
• Build and maintain driver-based revenue models integrated with CRM and planning systems
• Lead commissions planning and incentive compensation processes with Revenue Operations
• Develop ROI frameworks to guide resource allocation across Sales, Marketing, and Product
