You'll own UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces and drive design decisions from customer problem to hi-fi deliverable. You'll lead design critique and peer review sessions to elevate quality across the UX team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces and post-login experiences
• Contribute to the design system by authoring reusable components and interaction patterns
• Partner with PMs to review lo-fi prototypes for customer alignment
• Lead design critique and peer review sessions to elevate team quality

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio
• Deep expertise in modern design system tooling
• Systems thinking with ability to design scalable patterns
• Experience in agile delivery with close partnership with PMs and engineering

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing for web hosting, CMS, or SMB-facing products
• Experience in a fast-moving, matrixed organization
