You'll lead Legora's most complex client engagements as a player-coach, driving adoption and delivering measurable outcomes. You'll manage and develop a team of Legal Engineers, shaping scalable implementation frameworks and building trusted relationships with partners and innovation leaders. This role combines deep legal knowledge, product expertise, and people leadership to accelerate time-to-value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise-level pilots and implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Own priority client use cases end-to-end, shaping onboarding frameworks.
• Act as senior thought partner, building trusted relationships with clients.
• Deliver executive-level demos, workshops, and presentations.
• Influence internal teams on implementation strategy and handover.

📋 Requirements

• Background in law with experience at top-tier firm or legal tech.
• Direct people management experience in client-facing role.
• Senior experience delivering complex client implementations.
• Strong grasp of generative AI and legal workflows.
