You'll act as the primary provider of direct services to guests at Mountain Winery, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Your role is critical in creating memorable moments and maintaining venue safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas.
• Operate coat check rooms within established guidelines.
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for event entrance.
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption for safety.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
