- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities via transaction analysis
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders
- Monitor payment KPIs and address performance issues
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years in Account Management or Customer Success within FinTech
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and transaction flows
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret transaction data and trends
