You'll shape the future of Yendo's fintech product, crafting intuitive experiences for a credit card that helps underserved consumers. You'll lead end-to-end design, drive AI-supported design workflows, and collaborate across growth, engineering, and product teams to deliver measurable impact. This role offers a chance to build a design system from the ground up at a fast-growing startup backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design work from concept to execution.
• Create low-fi flows, high-fi mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists.
• Evolve the design system for accessibility and scalability.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years designing digital products end-to-end.
• Portfolio demonstrating interaction design and systems thinking.
• Deep understanding of design systems and scaling across teams.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools including Claude Code, Cursor.
