You'll partner with the CTO and leadership to provide commercial insight and influence executive decisions. Your core impact will be driving efficiency and automation across reporting and budgeting. This role offers exposure to a scaling fintech with backing from IG Group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CTO and leadership on financial strategy
• Drive efficiency and automation in reporting with Looker dashboards
• Own annual budget and monthly reporting for technology area
• Forecast headcount spend and vendor costs, run supplier negotiations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant finance experience
• 3+ years as a Finance Business Partner
• Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience partnering with a Technology function
