You will be the first point of contact for patients in a cosmetic surgery practice, handling check-in/out, scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth patient experience in a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Familiarity with MS Office including Excel
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Effective speaking skills with customers and colleagues
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, offer beverage, check-in/out
• Schedule appointments and manage the schedule book
• Process payments and prepare daily closeout reports
• Maintain patient charts, inventory, and front office supplies
• Conduct confirmation calls and manage file system
