You'll design and scale advanced ML models for prediction, recommendation, and generative AI at a fast-growing AI advertising platform serving over 1.5 million users. You'll tackle large-scale applied ML problems and mentor junior engineers while occasionally leading projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and develop operating-systems-level software and network distribution for large-scale data problems.
• Build highly scalable systems using deep learning, data regression, and rules-based models.
• Suggest, collect, and analyze requirements to identify technology bottlenecks.
• Mentor junior engineers and occasionally lead small teams or projects.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of industry experience in software engineering or applied machine learning.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale systems in production ML.
• Prior experience in a tech lead capacity driving technical direction and mentoring.

• Experience with ranking, recommendation, or classification problems.
• Expertise in generative models like LLMs, transformers, or diffusion models.
