Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in tech industry in project management, release management, or business operations
• Proven organizational skills and time management abilities
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive projects independently

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical release management and coordinate cross-team execution
• Manage release calendar and ticket lifecycle for visibility, documentation, approvals, and conflict prevention
• Manage intake process for new technology requests from cross-functional stakeholders
• Create automation and support maintenance of data flows into tools like AirTable
• Provide org-wide communications support and create presentation decks
