You'll lead inventory management and operational efficiency for the Westbourne Grove store, driving profitability and stock accuracy. This role partners with the Operations Visual Manager to execute key functions like shipment processing, floor replenishment, and supply management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Manage shipment receiving, processing, and reverse transfers
• Champion visual standards for the sales floor
• Directly oversee Operations Associates and develop talent

📋 Requirements

• Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision making
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Proof of right to live and work in the UK
