💼 About This Role

You'll lead governance initiatives across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform to modernize and integrate our Microsoft 365 environment. This is a governance-first role with strong execution responsibility, ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order and structure to complex tenants. You'll work closely with Legal, GRC, Security, and M&A stakeholders to drive compliance and lifecycle controls.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead governance modernization across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Design and maintain least-privilege permission models for M365 workloads.
• Define and operate lifecycle management for M365 resources.
• Support M&A migration and integration into the enterprise tenant.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration with deep SharePoint Online experience.
• Proven experience cleaning up, governing, and modernizing enterprise M365 tenants.
• Strong background in permissions management, lifecycle governance, and retention.
• Advanced PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API skills for automation.
