You'll lead the design of ML infrastructure and AI-powered features for Weave's healthcare communication platform, bridging machine learning with customer-facing products. Your success is measured by the scalability of systems that deliver world-class AI experiences to 30,000+ practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop ML infrastructure and tooling for teams
• Build internal and external AI-enabled platforms and products
• Translate product goals into scalable, resilient engineering plans
• Mentor Staff and Senior engineers to elevate technical standards

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering with technical leadership
• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI
• Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure
• Experience building and deploying ML-driven B2B multi-tenant applications in production

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in customer-facing GenAI at scale in production
• Background in compliance-heavy environments like healthcare
• History of external technical leadership (open source, speaking)
